Long-sleeved cotton kurta with white checks outlined by blue lines of varying widths. The long-sleeved kurta or the short-sleeved kurti were very fashionable in the West in the 1960s and 1970s, as part of hippie fashion. After a brief decline, they're back in fashion. Long sleeves with double-breasted cuffs, classic shirt collar mounted on a collar stand, placket fastened with natural mother-of-pearl buttons.
